The Vigilance Firm, PLLC is a multi-area practice that actively operate in all 50 states. The Vigilance Firm, PLLC was founded by Tushana L Forbes.

Tushana is from the island of Jamaica and grew up in the inner cities of Newark and Irvington New Jersey. “Knowing that I was in a fight for my life, I learned how to be a survivor. I made sure that I learned how to navigate the urban settings and excel in the academic world.” Having a fierce combination of “street smarts” and education, both, became a receipt for what would be the foundation for The Vigilance Firm.
